How can I return the item?

If you're not happy for any reason, you can return any of your purchased items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Furthermore, we’re more than happy to exchange it for a different case which is more to your liking. Simply contact us to arrange an exchange via info@madorecases.com


Each case is hand checked by a member of our team before it goes out the door to ensure you get the best! While we make every effort to ensure your case arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things could happen. If you discover a fault with the item(s) you have received, please take pictures of the defect and contact us right away. 

We do not issue refunds if you do not provide a reason for returning the item or send it back without contacting us first.

Refunds for returned items will be sent to the original method that you used to pay for your order.

Please consider that all the shipping expenses for returning the item remains the responsibility of the customer.

The returned product must not be used and should be sent to us in its original packaging.
